J.SPARROW'S - Noble House Kuningan

So we actually visited J.Sparrow's Bar & Grill last October 2016 and we tried a few of their signature dishes along with some other food bloggers. J Sparrow's is of the same group as Bluegrass in Epicentrum. It was a fun lunch time and we got the chance to preview 7 - 8 menus from appetizers, main courses to desserts. We both didn't try everything, but we captured some photos for you our readers. Sorry that we can not review these dishes because we only tried like 3-4 menus. Enjoy!

CAJUN MUD CRAB (the top picture) - Fried Mud Crab, Cajun Spice, Grilled Corn, beef and veal sausage, grilled pineapple, cherry tomato, with lemon butter sauce. Luckily we got the chance to try this. The sausage was really good like no others, but here's the thing. The crab meat was not that tasty, it was naturally sweet but all those seasonings didn't sip into the meat and rather spreaded on the outter shell.

TUNA TAR TAR - Fresh yellowfin tuna, avocado, tomato cherry, edible flowers and soy sesame dressing. This one was really fresh like imagine having fresh sashimi with light seasonings.

MUSSELS with choices of chilli tomato, curry or garlic cream sauce. I loved this too, it wasn't stinky because of the garlic cream sauce. I don't normally eat mussels but I have to admit that the Chef did a great job!

GRILLED CAJUN PRAWN - Sous Vide Tiger Prawn, Baked Garbanzo Beans, Peri - Peri Sauce, grilled pineapple, coleslaw, grilled romaine, and cherry tomato. This one was just as great as it looks, you can taste the nice smokey flavor and the natural prawn sweetness. The individual prawn size was huge though.

THE LOBSTER - Pearl Lobster, grilled corn, baked potato, grilled vegetable and lemon butter sauce. We didn't try this.

PRIME RIB - US Rib Eye Lip on, salt dough, yorkshire pudding, brussel sprouts, horseradish cream, and beef jus. We didn't try this, too.

SOFT SHELL CRAB SANDWICH - Sesame seed bun, deep fried soft shell crab, coleslaw, potato skin fries. We didn't try this.

Last but not least, the signature burger! I honestly forgot what it was but I did try it and it was really really good! The patty was very thick and juicy with an egg and crispy chips. Soo GOOD! Ask the server about this menu.

Suggestions: the portion here is relatively bigger than the normal restaurant's portion. So, its advice to share the food with your friends or family. The last burger is a MUST ORDER.
