Welcome to Betty Lou BBQ Bar, the latest Southern American barbeque specialist in Petitenget, Seminyak, Bali. We got to try this classic oldies theme restaurant on 14 January 2017 during our 4th day in Bali. It is located above Holy Crab in Petitenget and is very close Potato Head Beach Club in Seminyak. We had 3 different dishes to try which all of them delivered perfectly. Let's have a look!

Ginger Beer Cherry Soda (55k)
BBQ Sausage Trio (120k) - Jumbo German style bratwurst, spicy hot link, and smoked BBQ link. I'm not an expert in sausage thingy, so all I can say is DELICIOUS! lol sorry. Its just not an ordinary sausage for sure.
St. Louis Pork Ribs Half Slab 550 Gram (220k) - This is by far the juiciest pork ribs (in Indonesia) that I've ever tried. Seriously, Its not that because this is the last great ribs that I had lately. But the slow smoked ribs was super tender, moist, juicy and the meat was easily pulled off of the bones. The marinated barbeque sauce was perfectly sweet, despite you can add more of their homemade BBQ sauce from the available bottled sauce. The black dark color seems like it's burned, but its actually not at all.
The secret of this juicy and tender ribs is on their 18 hour slow cooked & smoked process. They claimed to keep doing the smoking process even at late night (somebody must be taking the late night shift). That is a dedication and I salute for that! But well, taste doesn't lie.
SMOKED BBQ CHICKEN (95k) - Half slow cooked smoked chicken marinated in their sweet BBQ Sauce. This is again a really nicely executed smoked chicken. The meat was just moist and tender and the size was pretty big actually. There are hand cut french fries and mashed potato as the side dishes.
To Sum up, this is definitely my new favorite barbeque restaurant in Bali. There's no doubt that I'll be coming back here the next time I visit Bali. My recommendation is certainly their slow smoked pork ribs. Anyway, best of luck for the business :)
