SKYE'S VALENTINE'S DAY DINNER SET MENU

SKYE at menara BCA has been one of the most recommended ones for Valentine's day dinner since their opening. Its their 56th floor above the ground that makes it very unforgetable. Their dishes were unbelievably beautiful and delicious. Their Tuna Pizza with truffle is a KILLER! We got the priviledge to preview & taste the 4 course set menu for SKYE's Valentine Day Dinner. We really excited to show them to you!

For Valentine's day dinner package, they have a 4 course meal for IDR 850.000++/person and free flow (red or white) wine for IDR 350.000++/person.

Appetizer: Tempura Oyster with carrot and ginger puree, potato airbags, pine nuts, salmon caviar.

Pasta: Crab ravioli with polenta and parmesan espuma, lobster emulsion, caviar and chives.

Main: A choice of

French wile seabream with beetroot risotto, asparagus gel, asparagus salad, radish, and red wine caramel

Wagyu beef sirloin with foie gras, potato galette, gorgonzola sauce and red wine jus

Dessert: Valrhona chocolate fondant with mixed berries, raspberry gel, strawberry and red wine ice cream, with golf leaf.
