YAGAMI RAMEN HOUSE - Gading Serpong

Finally, Its opening: Yagami Ramen House at Gading Serpong. Last Sunday (12 March 2017) we drove ourselves from Kelapa Gading to Gading Serpong just to try this newly opened ramen house. You know what, its really cheap! Starting from just as low as 20k, you can get a bowl of super tasty ramen. I was sceptical at first, because tasty ramen broth requires lots of chicken to cook. But surprisingly, the broth was super thick and creamy. And they have a buy 1 get 1 ramen promo until 19 March 2017, so check out here for more detail!

This is one of their big opening promotion. Buy 1 ramen get another 1 ramen for free, valid until 19 March 2017. Its not too late though, still 2 days to go by the time this post was written. Please check out their official Instagram account on how to get this promotion, its very easy btw.

Cold Ocha, free refills!

Their signature ramen is Tan Tan Ramen. Its a chicken ramen broth with spicy chili paste, seaweed, mushroom, leek and half boiled egg. As I said earlier, the broth was super thick, flavorful, and very savory. There are some chopped chicken at the bottom of the bowl.

If you like the non-spicy one, you can try their signature Shio Tori Paitan Ramen (45k) - Ramen with authentic creamy chicken broth served with half boiled egg, mushroom, yakinori and a sprinkle of white sesame seed. The broth was also super thick, slightly sweet from the chicken flavor, and very creamy. Its less savory than the Tan Tan Ramen.

Btw you can opt for their noodle types: original (thin), medium noodle, or udon (additional 5k). Ours were the original one, it was too soft for our liking. So, I suggest you to pick the medium one and request for a more firm noodle.

If you like Japanese's Okonomiyaki, you can try their Melted Tako Cheese Takoyaki (40k) - Its a super thick okonomiyaki with tako, mozzarella and cheese. The texture was soft and super creamy with that unique mozzarella flavor. The okonomiyaki itself tastes like Chinese's fuyunghai but with that extra melted cheese.

Last but not the least, AZUKO KAKIGORI (36k) for the dessert. This is a Taiwanese's style shaved ice dessert with a choice of ice cream, boba pearl, azuki bean, egg pudding, taro pudding, milk pudding, sliced almond, chocolate powder. You can pick your ice cream flavor: vanilla, chocolate, green tea or ogura. Mine will always be the green tea flavor :)

So, don't miss their opening promotion only until 19 March 2017. I really recommend you to try their Tan Tan Ramen (spicy) with medium noodle. Don't worry their ramens are very very cheap starting from 20k - 40k and its halal anyway!
