Indonesian High Tea at Kila Kila by Akasya

We've experienced a lot of fine western style of high tea, from a simple restaurant's high tea, a medium class lounge's to a 5 star hotel's high tea. But we never quite experienced an afternoon high tea with local traditional Indonesian desserts. And Kila Kila by Akasya might be the pioneer at least in Jakarta. Milenial consumers tend to spend money on something modern, high tech, advanced and stuff, including on modern food. But what about our own Indonesian heritage? This is the main background of why Kila Kila introduces this unique high tea. Let's check out more!

I'm definitely not an expert in Indonesian sweets/ desserts. Eventhough I was born on the late 80s, I don't really have that basic knowledge about traditional Indonesian desserts. I did enjoy them when I was kid because my parents loved traditional Indonesian food, and they always brought home some when they visited the traditional market. But, don't ask me what's the name, I have no clue :)

These assorted desserts are available near the main entrance, in which you can have all of these as much as you like. They change the food regulerly everyweek, so that you'll get to taste more variety of desserts when you come back again.

Ps: These mocktails below are not included on the Afternoon High Tea set.

So here's what you're waiting for, the price! As this is an all you can eat desserts, you only have to pay IDR 150.000++/pax for all of the provided desserts on the front table which I showed you earlier, including a special 3 levels Rantang style high tea served on your table, plus a choice of premium local tea. If you enjoy Indonesian desserts, then this is the one not to miss!

Please be informed that they didn't have a reguler parking lot. So, Valet Parking is the only option (50K) unless you want to have a little effort parking your car on the neighbour buildings/ Pacific Place and walking down the pedestrian.
