I was glad to be invited for the soft opening of Masizzim at PIK on 30 September 2017. Its their first outlet in Indonesia and they claim to be the number 1 Korean Stew in Asia. Their outlet in Singapore is always packed and you need to queue for at least an hour, that's what I heard! Well, during the soft opening in Jakarta, they displayed some of their signature dishes on a special table where I got to see their menus. It was also packed with invitees from owners, owners' relatives, medias and food bloggers. I also got to taste a few menus here but I couldn't tell much as I only had 1 Beef Stew dish and the rests were more like appetizers/ starters. Also, watch my youtube VLOG here!
Anyway, FYI it is located at the same building of Ikkousa PIK. So they both share the same building, but Masizzim takes the front part of the building, while Ikkousa is more like hidden behind. But these two are interconnected inside!

This is my first time having Korean Ball like this. Basically its red rice, anchovy, seaweed, all rounded into a small ball. One bowl of this dish can make approximately 10 small balls. Its good to share for 2-3 persons as a starter, or if you have it by yourself you'll be full because its basically rice dish.
Their famous Korean Beef Stew with noodle.
Seafood Stew with Lobster! Definitely the most tempting one, but unfortunately not available that day. So, this one is only a display.
Rice Ball dish with Tuna.
Egg with Melted Cheese, this is damn good when its hot! Imagine soft and smooth egg with that melted cheese bursts out on every slice :)
